the theme can be used for quick builds or someone who is more experienced like you can easily use it to build premium 3-4k sites. Im working on one right now using the theme as a base (see it here http://gorentacar.nickponte.com). This is a $5k site....You will definitely benefit from having the developer rights to our theme in your arsenal if you build lots of sites.
